And life happened. School, work, marriage, children - an entire lifetime in those 8 years since I posted here. But I am still here, designing at work and creating artwork at home. These are good times, and I'm glad to see a lot of friends on DA have matured in their talents. Drop me a line, say hello, let me know you're still alive out there!

August flew by like nothing.  It's already the 8th of September and this month is already flying by as well.  I started classes again yesterday, with Nonverbal Communication first up on the roster.  I think it's going to be a really interesting class, and I just might make Communications a double major with Fine Arts, giving my Psychology minor a good home. Currently I'm working with writer John Schlim from Ronin Studios on some comic projects.  I'm also doing a one pager for a Ronin anthology about love and heartbreak.  Need to keep myself busy or I fall into a pit of school-dom for the next 8 months. :D I also launched my personal website

This has been a wonderful month.  I went to Wizard World Chicago comic convention where we sold many copies of Memories & Echoes which I've done artwork for, and I had many professionals looking at my portfolio and loving it, something I didn't expect.  It has given me a lot of inspiration and a direction to go for. As requested by many, I've put up most of my Fine Arts portfolio that I've been hording.  Also my professional website is being built as I type and will include all of this and more.
